Pellet Dryer for Pellet / Briquettes from coal/charcoal/biomass materials

 

Applicable: coal briquettes, charcoal briquettes, mineral briquettes and other industry briquettes need to dry;

Drying ability: moisture content from 40% to 5%;

Drying time: 0.5h to 4h based on materials moisture content and production capacity;

Production Capacity:100kg/h to 20000kg/h;

Fuel: coal, biomass pellet or briquettes, gas, oil, steam also;

 

Brief introduction on Pellet Dryer:

Pellet dryer, named chain plate dryer also, is redesigning based on traditional mesh belt dryer and conveyor dryer by DAYANG BRIQUETTE MACHINERY, professional briquette machine and briquettes dryer manufacturer. Chain plate dryer is considered to be the best industry dryer to replace the traditional vertical dryer and tower dryer & mesh belt dryer, are widely welcomed by briquettes plant after successful designing. We replace the traditional mesh belt by new designing steel plate which driven by the motor through the chain connected with plate. Our chain plate is complete different the other big size chain plate, we adopt the small chain plate width only 150mm, and short the height of two layers. Most importantly, we make full use the space between the center of each layer, as following drawing:
